What is your time frame to deliver?

Our company aims to deliver all deliveries within 30-45 mins.

How do we know where the driver is located?

We have a Full Driver Tracking System, where you can locate the driver by live location and also call or text them.

How far do you cover deliveries?

We cover a 3 mile radius to your address entered in the APP location.

How does the pick-up service work?

You place your order as per normal and select ‘Pickup’ at checkout and the store will have your order waiting as per the APP tracking.

Can I pay cash on collection or delivery?

We do not accept cash payments. All payments are processed through our gateway online.

How do we differ to our competitors?

Firstly, limited companies offer this type of service, we have invested heavily into our technology and believe to be the foremost in the industry. Other companies are charging vast amounts to the consumers making their basket values 30% more than the counter price. We have kept our %’s low, with NO minimum spend giving REAL convenience to you.

Is the APP chargeable to use or download?

It is a totally free APP to use, we do not charge for the use.

My local shop is not listed on your APP, how can they be added?

We are constantly working with new partners, feel free to email our support team with their details.

When will you be launching in my city?

We are expanding throughout the UK, but we have a long road ahead. Register for updates and we will keep you informed.

Is the APP compatible with all devices?

Yes, it is available on Google Play & App store.

How do I signup to become a partner?

Contact our sales support team and they will arrange a demonstration.

Will you be offering delivery from the national chain stores?

We are working on launching new partnerships and announcement will be forthcoming.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We are able to process Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, WePay.

Do you have a card processing fee?

There is no card processing fee, only a delivery charge.

I am working away from home, can I arrange a delivery to my family.

Yes, using our location services you can arrange within 3 miles of the delivery address.
